LemonTree Fundraising was created in 2014 to bring commercial best practice multi-channel data services to the NFP industry; enabling fundraising managers across Australia to connect with their donors in a more meaningful and valuable way

LemonTree Fundraising membership enabled us to develop a test and learn strategy for our acquisition programme. By moving to a monthly rolling programme, we can test our creative approach, ask levels and second ask strategy to continually improve our return.
LemonTree Fundraising is always striving to connect with its members and provide them with a very personalised, caring experience that goes far beyond anything else I’ve experienced.
LemonTree Fundraising uses different models and scoring systems to analyse their data to try and find the best donors for their members to approach with campaigns. We need to be mindful of over-targeting and I know LemonTree is also very passionate about this.
Like so many charities, our constant challenge is how to increase our appeal revenue in an increasingly competitive donor marketplace. By using LemonTree Fundraising’s pool of data to supplement our own knowledge of our donors in our recent Christmas Appeal, we were able to grow revenue and significantly increase the average gift given by some of our donors. This success has inspired us to continue using LemonTree’s pool of data to grow our appeal revenue in the future.
The LemonTree Fundraising team was very helpful, took time to answer all of my questions, and turned the work around really quickly. The end results were also very valuable for the campaign. Thanks!
