POLL RESULTS

DCC insight – The transactional RFV is the dominate choice for Grow Me segments, however good to see more motivational and deeper understanding being sort via support surveys and propensity segments.

DCC insight – The stand out insight is that none of our DCC fundraisers are growing Single Giving. The economics of less donors with higher value is understandable and perhaps Single Giving is more linked to acquisition strategy at the start of a donor relationship.

DCC insight – Relating to donor well being elements of Autonomy, Connection, and Competency, our DCC fundraisers mostly get the feeling of how important Competency is when engaging in our role as a fundraiser

DCC insight – Life Sherpa’s strong customer engagement experiences with gamification of personal financial management asks the question on what gamification opportunities lay in growing donor relationships.

DCC insight – Great to see a resounding “yes”! Well being is ultimately a key benefit to giving to others in our mind.
